If you have been using Entropy and enjoy it’s features then I have good news for you. Entropy II is out! This version adds many new features such as tempo syncing, feedback filtering, and saturation. On top of this Entropy has a whole new look, and is now available in AU format for OS X.
Entropy II is still based around the same core concept as the original, which is a stereo delay that crosses over the feedback from the Left channel to the Right channel and vice versa. One key feature that was missing though was the ability to sync the delay times to the tempo. Now you are able to switch between syncing with the tempo or setting the delay time manually in “ms” mode. This along with the feedback loop will allow you to create many interesting effects, and add ambiance to your tracks.
